Abstract
In the world of construction, a project requires actions such as monitoring and reviewing the steps of all ongoing activities so that a project is directed toward the goals that have been set. Laying the foundation of project objectives such as schedule, budget, and quality is an important thing to note. Scheduling is used to determine the activities required to complete a project within a certain time, and plan how long it will take to complete a project, as well as the basis for calculating project cash flow. This is expected to maintain compatibility between project planning and implementation. The Kedung Cowek Type A Surabaya shooting range project has a land area of nearly 3 hectares with building components designated for matches or training for shooting athletes. The location for the construction of the Kedung Cowek Type A Surabaya Shooting Range project is in the area belonging to the Indonesian Armed Forces Surabaya in Kedung Cowek, Surabaya. The Type A building project (Kedung Cowek Shooting Range) uses a joint contract system with a lump sum fixed price payment and unit price. Types of lump sum contracts include procurement of Electronic Scoring Test (EST) tools and types of unit price covering structural, architectural, and MEP works. The payment system is divided into 3 terms, namely 26.33% for the first term, 26.33% for the second term, and 47.34% for the last term. In the construction project of the Type A Building (Kedung Cowek Shooting Field) there are three project management methods implemented by the implementing contractor, namely cost management, quality management, and time management. The project organizational structure clearly regulates the division of work tasks for each member with clear provisions.
