Abstract
ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECT OF EDUCATION LEVEL, MINIMUM WAGE &, OPEN UNEMPLOYMENT RATE PROVERTY LEVEL IN THE PROVINCE OF THE SPECIAL REGION OF YOGYAKARTA KHINDYA ALIFAH ABSTRACT Equitable economic development is an effort that is always maximized by each developing country, but the existence of poverty is a problem that every country must always have. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education level, minimum wage, and education level on poverty levels in the province of the Special Region of Yogyakarta in 2010-2021. The data in this study used secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics of the Special Region of Yogyakarta in the form of time series data. This study uses a quantitative method processed with multiple liner analysis with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model using SPSS 23.0 for windows. The results of this studyindicate that simultaneously the variables of education level, minimum wage, and open unemployment rate affect the poverty rate in the province of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. And partially the level of education and the minimum wage have a positive and significant effect on the poverty level of the Special Region of Yogyakarta, the open unemployment rate has no effect on the poverty level in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.
