Abstract
The economic resurgence following the COVID-19 epidemic, particularly in the micro, small, and medium enterprises (SME) sector in Malang, has truly manifested. The government's ways to boost economic circumstances began with a widespread vaccination program, credit and finance relaxation, and collaborations with diverse parties to provide support and training to these SME entrepreneurs. The facts connected to those entrepreneurs' comprehension and awareness for the establishment of a good product identity may undoubtedly make a big contribution to this partnership. This phenomena was investigated with a qualitative research method and descriptively examined with the Miles-Huberman method. It was discovered that many SME entrepreneurs continue to utilize their personal or family members' names as product names. This might cause issues when it comes to registering trademarks. It is advised that relevant offices with an interest in this topic give advice and help, as well as conduct out partnerships that are deemed vital in terms of the relevance of producing a strong signature.
