Abstract
PT. Karya Giri Palma is a manufacturing company engaged in the manufacture of furniture, home accessories, spring beds, wardrobe and others. In supply chain activities from the plan, source, make, deliver and return processes, there are still many risks that can hinder the company's business processes. PT. Karya Giri Palma also does not have structured risk management to identify and analyze risks and provide risk mitigation that occurs in the company's supply chain activities. This study aims to identify and mitigate risks that occur and may occur in the company's supply chain activities. In this study using the House of Risk (HOR) method. The House of Risk (HOR) method is a method for identifying and mitigating risks that occur in the supply chain, this method has two stages, namely House of Risk stage 1 focuses on risk identification and House of Risk stage 2 focuses on risk mitigation. The results of this study indicate that there are 21 risk events caused by 31 causes of risk in the company's supply chain activities. And based on the Pareto diagram analysis, there are 14 most dominant risk agents. So there are 17 proposed mitigation actions in order to minimize the most dominant risk causes.
