Abstract
Economic growth is one of the things that becomes a benchmark for the welfare of the community. One of the efforts to continue to increase economic growth is to make equal distribution in each region. Efforts are being made to achieve equity through decentralization, so that local governments can control their own allocation of funds for regional equity. The variables used are Regional Original Income (PAD), General Allocation Funds (DAU), and East Java Special Allocation Funds (DAK) for 2009-2020. This study uses time series data from 2009-2020 which were obtained from https://jatim.bps.go.id/. This research uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis technique with SPSS v25 analysis tool. This study aims to, 1) determine the effect of local revenue, general allocation funds, and special allocation funds on the economic growth of East Java Province for the 2009-2020 period partially. 2) to find out which variables have the most influence among local revenue, general allocation funds, and special allocation funds on the economic growth of East Java Province for the 2009-2020 period. The results obtained, 1) Local revenue has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in East Java Province in 2009-2020 (5.347 > 2.306) with a significant value of 0.001. 2) The general allocation fund has a positive and significant impact on the economic growth of East Java Province in 2009-2020 (4.986 > 2.306) with a significant value of 0.002. 3) The special allocation fund has no effect and is not significant on the economic growth of East Java Province in 2009-2020 (1.589 < 2.306) with a significant value of 0.156. 4) Regional Original Income is the most influential variable on the economic growth of East Java Province Key Words : Regional Original Income, General Allocation Funds, Special Allocation Funds, economic growth
