Abstract
The case study in this study aims to determine the role of Regional Financial Performance on Regency/City Economic Growth in the Gerbangkertosusila area. The research data are secondary data in the form of Local Government Budget Realization Reports and 2010 Series GRDP Growth Rate data based on Regency/City Expenditures in the Gerbangkertosusila area in 2016-2020. The population in this study amounted to 7 regencies/cities in the Gerbangkertosusila area, with the determination of the sample being a saturated sample. The data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis indicate that the Independence Ratio (IR), Effectiveness Ratio (ER), and Growth Ratio (GR) are rejected, which means that IR, ER, and GR do not significantly affect regional economic growth in the Gerbangkertosusila area. While ER is accepted, which means ER has a significant impact on regional economic growth in the Gerbangkertosusila area. This indicates that the level of financing in order to obtain income with the realization of income is efficient. In addition, IR, ER, and GR simultaneously affect regional economic growth in the Gerbangkertosusila area. Keywords: Financial Performance; gatekertosusila; Economic growth
