Abstract
ABSTRACTION ULFA DWIFANA WIJAYANTI, 18042010046, THE EFFECT OF WORK MOTIVATION AND WORK DISCIPLINE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE OF PT. DIPO INTERNASIONAL PAHALA OTOMOTIF SIDOARJO The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of work discipline on employee performance, to know and analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance and to know and analyze the influence of work discipline and motivation on employee performance at PT Dipo Internasional Pahala Otomotif Sidoarjo. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques in this study using questionnaire techniques. The data processing in this study uses the SPSS (Statistic Package for the Social Sciens) software program version 24.00. The results showed that it is partially known that the discipline of work has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Dipo Internasional Pahala Otomotif Sidoarjo. It is partially known that motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Dipo Internasional Pahala Automotive Sidoarjo. Simultaneously known work discipline and motivation have a significant positive influence on employee performance at PT Dipo Internasional Pahala Automotive Sidoarjo.
