Abstract
The lamong river is located in the eastern province of Java, the lamong river basin covers a number of areas known as stifled and mojokerto districts. The upper part of the lamong river lies in kabuaten and mojokerto, while the lower section lies on the border of the cities of surabaya and gresik, and emptes into the strait of madura. The lamong river has a length of 103 km (103 km) and a wide river of 110 ft (150 ft), with a river area (basin) measuring 720km (2,700 mi). During the rainy season, the lamong river floods a lot. The flood is due to the backwater and dimensions of the conduits are unable to accommodate the discharge as it exists. The purpose of this final task is to know what will be done to relieve the flooding caused by the flooding of the lamong river, as well as an alternative to the proper flood problem, one of which elevates the dam. Stages to achieve these objectives are performed hydrological and hydraulic analysis. Hydrological analysis consisting of average precipitation calculation-average, plan precipitation calculations, frequency distribution matches, flood discharges, river collecting capacity. Hydraulics analysis using a hec-ras program assistance. The results of the slow-time analysis using the 25-year anniversary are planned to control the flood with the addition of high dikes at the point of an overflowing river. Segment II Q = 167.68 m3/dt with raised right and left embankments measuring 2-5 meters. Segment III Q = 274.65 m3/dt with increases of right and left embankment of 2-5 meters high. Segment IV Q = 352.14 m/dt with increases of right and left dikes as high as 2-3 meters. Keywords: flood, levees, HEC-RAS
