Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Employer Branding dan Employee Value Proposition Terhadap Employer Attractiveness Pada Startup Campuspedia Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan 51 sampel dengan teknik pengambilan Proportional random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah SMART PLS(Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Employer Branding dan Employee Value Proposition Berpengaruh secara Positif dan Signifikan terhadap Employer Attractiveness pada Startup Campuspedia Indonesia. Kata Kunci : Employer Branding, Employee Value Proposition, Employer Attractiveness, Startup
