Abstract
This study aims to knowing the impact of financial literacy, overconfidence, financial behavior on investment decisions made by East Java’s Nasional “Veteran” Development University’s Faculty of Business Economics students. The method applied in this study is quantitative approach with the use of stratified random sampling technique. The research sample consisted of 98 respondens who had experience in investment decisions. Data for this study collected through filling out questionnaires that distributed to East Java’s Nasional “Veteran” Development University Faculty of Business Economics students. Data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) model. The result of this study indicated that financial literacy has no influence of investing decisions, overconfidence has a positive significant influence of investing decisions, and financial behavior has a positive significant influence of investing decisions.
