Abstract
Juanda Airport in Surabaya is the largest airport in Java East, Juanda Airport has the status as a domestic airport and international flights with routes to 36 cities in Indonesia and 5 countries in Indonesia southeast asia, with passenger growth of up to 15% at Juanda . Airport making terminal 1 and terminal 2 at Juanda Airport no longer able to accommodate increasing number of passengers / overcapacity. Therefore this airport continues developed to be able to serve the demand for flights with a large number of a larger number of passengers, both domestic and international flights international. The development includes the development of land-side infrastructure is in the phase II phase II development phase with a land area of 200 ha is needed. In this final project, the land side analysis at Juanda Airport will be analyzed in the form of a terminal in the existing condition, in this analysis the number of passengers in the planning year which will then be converted into total planes during rush hour. Prediction results will be analyzed against space requirements on the land side, so that the land side's ability to demand in the plan year. The results of this analysis indicate that it will be planned Phase II development phase II which will be shown in the terminal building will be predicted to accommodate 77 million passengers for the next 12 years with a more fresh appearance of the building and following the times so that it can increase comfort for building users.
