Abstract
A simulation was conducted for a Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (FSRU) using an Integrated Flow Diagram (IFV). The simulation resulted in the following pump capacities: Pump P-101 with a capacity of 1087 m3/h, Pump P-102 with a capacity of 6477 m3/h (both pumps have an efficiency of 75%). The simulation also determined the seawater requirement for cooling glycol water, which is 7125 tonnes/hr, and this requires 12369.4 tonnes/hr of seawater. The simulated natural gas to be distributed is 411.3 MMSCFD. The pipeline used for the CCPP in Gresik is 52600 m long with an inside diameter of 26 inches, and the pipeline for CCPP in Grati is 52000 m long with an inside diameter of 26 inches. Both pipelines have Actual Vapour Velocity (ss) values below the API 14E limit.
