Abstract
Puskesmas is short for Community Health Center which serves to serve public health in the village and sub-district areas. The implementation of technology in the form of Electronic Medical Records (RME) facilitates the health center which has been applied to the Modopuro Health Center, so that it can find out the type of disease most suffered by patients, namely diabetes mellitus. Prevention and recording are carried out by the health center to prevent the increase of this disease. However, RME data has not been analyzed to obtain further information. Therefore, clustering is done based on disease diagnosis using the K-Means algorithm to determine the distribution. The daily report files of the health centers taken from January to April 2023 resulted in a dataset that had 627 rows. Implementation of the K-Means method and the One-Hot Encoding technique on the dataset resulted in five clusters. Cluster 0 is 131 people, cluster 1 is 128 people, cluster 2 is 109 people, cluster 3 is 68 people, and cluster 4 is 191 people. Model testing using the elbow method produces a WCSS = 532.6715595367782 value and the results of model evaluation using the Silhouette Coefficient method are included in the weak structure category with a value of 0.37322764931644387.
