Abstract
The attempt to accelerate and enhance the early growth of a goat's urine is one of those with the administration of ZPT (Growth Stimulator Zat) urine and the composition of a growing medium. The objective of this study is to find out the concentration of goat urine and the best composition of the growing medium, as well as to know the interaction between the administration of the goat's urine concentration and the composition of the growth medium. The research was carried out in March-July 2023 at the Sidoarjo Road Stadium No. 1, Kemiri Forest Plant Benching UPT, Sidoarcho district, East Java Province using the Complete Random Plan (RAL) factorial. The first factor of concentration of goat urine K0 = 0 ml/l, K1 = 100 ml/ l, K2 = 150 ml/L, K3 = 200 ml/ L, the second factor is the composition of the crop medium M0 = Soil (control), M1 = Soil : Sand (1: 1), M2 = Soil: Husk Charcoal (1:1), M3 = Sand : Husk Charcoal : Manure (1:1:1). The results of the study showed that there was an interaction between the treatment of goat urine concentration and the composition of the plant media against the high plant parameters 86 HST, the diameter of the rod 30 HTS, the root length, the number of lateral primary roots and the wet weight. The concentration of goats urine 200 ml/l gives a tangible influence on the high parameter plant, number of leaves, diameter stump, roots lengths, the amount of primary lateral roots, and wet weights.
