Abstract
The demand for the existence of an increasingly good information system is the result the demands of company development, technological developments, policies government, changes in procedures and demands for information needs. This matter make PBSI take Steps to create a PBSI information system. In the PBSI information system there are also problems that arise namely data on athlete ranking information that is often troubled, athlete ID and PBSI accounts that are owned by each club cannot be used after the system has been updated. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of success PBSI information system in Surabaya City and Sidoarjo Regency with using DeLone McLean so website managers can get an overview of the success rate of information systems as well as materials future evaluation. DeLone McLean is the model used for measure the success rate of information systems. Variables used in this research are system quality, information quality, service quality, user satisfaction, usage, and net benefits. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire filled out by 76 PBSI information system users from Surabaya City and Sidoarjo Regency includes 22 questions related to the 6 variables studied. Data obtained from the results of the questionnaire were processed using smartPLS software. From analysis conducted, shows that system quality, information quality, service quality has a positive-significant effect on usage, each has a T-statistics value of 3,227, 2,083, 2,191 and satisfaction each user has a T-statistics value of 2,087, 2,950, 3,473, user satisfaction has a positive-significant effect on net benefits has a T-statistics value of 2,417, and the use of a non-significant positive effect on user satisfaction and net benefits of information systems PBSI each has a T-statistics value of 1,094 and 1,804.
