Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of employee work discipline, employee work environment, and employee work compensation on employee job satisfaction. Hypothesis testing in this study uses a quantitative approach with the PLS (Partial Least Square) method which utilizes SmartPLS 3.0 software. The data used in this study are primarily obtained from distributing questionnaires and utilizing purposive sampling techniques based on the availability of elements and the ease of obtaining them, namely against 35 employees of the company PT. Tradimun Mitra Sejahtera. Research results show that employee work discipline and employee work compensation have a significant influence and positive relation to job satisfaction, while the employee work environment has no significant effect and negative relation to employee job satisfaction.
