Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is (1) to determine the effect of cyberloafing on employee performance, (2) to determine the effect of cyberloafing on employee performance through job satisfaction and (3) to determine and analyze the effect of cyberloafing on employee performance through commitment. The population of this study are employees of PT. Vapeboss Surabaya with a total of 221 employees, consisting of a store section of 170 employees, with the number of samples in this study being 19 x 5 = 95, the sample used was 95 respondents. The test used in this study is Partial Least Square Based on the results of research using PLS analysis, to test the effect of several variables on employee performance, the following conclusions can be drawn: Cyberloafing can contribute to improving employee performance, Cyberloafing can contribute to improving employee performance through job satisfaction, Cyberloafing can contribute to improving employee performance through Commitment Keywords: Cyberloafing. job satisfaction.
