Abstract
UD. Pelabuhan Telur is a chicken egg distributor shop located in Surabaya. UD Pelabuhan Telur was founded in 2010, where UD. Pelabuhan Telur is an individual business owned by Mr. Hadi Sujarwo. The purpose of this study 1) To analyze the development of demand for broiler chicken eggs at UD. Pelabuhan Telur Surabaya one year. 2) To analyze the influence of the factors on demand for broiler chicken eggs at UD. Pelabuhan Telur Surabaya. This study was analyzed using two analytical tools namely, least squares trend and multiple linear regression with dummy variables which in this study required 96 samples of UD. Pelabuhan Telur consumers. The results of this study can indicate that the development of demand for broiler chicken eggs at UD. Pelabuhan Telur The Tambaksari Surabaya City shows a downward trend. The factors that affect the demand for broiler chicken eggs are the price of broiler eggs, tastes or habits, income, number of family dependents. While the factors that do not affect the demand for broiler chicken eggs are the price of duck eggs and age. Keywords: Development, Demand
