Abstract
The aims of this study were 1) to analyze the costs, revenues and revenues in the tofu agro-industry "Ridho Divine". 2) Analyze the efficiency of the tofu agro-industry business “Ridho Divine. 3) Knowing the risks of tofu agro-industry business "Ridho Divine". Research is analyzed by cost analysis, R/C Ratio, and risk analysis. Determination of research informants using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that 1. The total cost obtained by the tofu agro-industry "Ridho Divine" is IDR 3,415,149 per production. Furthermore, the revenue obtained is IDR 6,504,375 per production. Then for the income earned by the tofu agro-industry business "Ridho Divine" which is IDR 3,089,226 per production. 2. The agro-industry business knows "Ridho Divine" has been efficient. The resulting efficiency value is more than one, which is equal to 2.10, meaning that every Rp. 1.00 issued by the tofu business "Ridho Divine" will receive revenue 2.10 times the costs incurred. 3. The value of income earned by the “Ridho Divine” tofu business is Rp. 3,089,226. Then for the value of the coefficient of variation from the "Ridho Divine" tofu business of 0.01 or (0.01 ≤ 0.5). This shows that the tofu business "Ridho Divine" has a low risk, because the coefficient of variation obtained is less than the standard deviation of 0.5. Furthermore, the lower limit of the income earned is IDR 3,024,860 per production. This shows that the tofu business being cultivated has a lower income limit of Rp. 3,089,226 per production.
