Abstract
The rise of crime has made many people uneasy or even become victims so they make a report to the police, including the 3C crimes (Curat, Curas, and Curanmor). If the 3C report This can be shown to the public in an interactive form benefits to be had. This study aims to display data 3C report in the form of an interactive map view and differentiated by types of crimes and their clusters using the k-means algorithm. From view It is hoped that the community and the police can take a stand on the map the information presented. The results found that the crime Curat, Curas, and Curanmor has spread in almost all areas of Surabaya. There are 2 clusters generated from the k-means algorithm. Clustered data results only affected by the estimated loss. Of the 79 data only 5 data in cluster 2 which is data with an estimated loss high while 74 data are in cluster 1 which is a cluster with low loss estimate.
