Abstract
ABSTRACTION Wedding Organizer (WO) creates a company where the orientation is none other than the consumer. A Wedding Organizer (WO) is often called that because it should fulfill all the wishes and dreams of the bride and groom that will be held at the wedding. Wedding Organizer (WO) should also be able to provide service, certainty and comfort to the bride and groom who often feel pressure, frustration, and anxiety before the big day of his life. However, it turns out that there is often a misleading problem about how the Wedding Organizer (WO) does its job. The following also increases the possibility of default in transactions or Wedding Organizer (WO) business. According to the Civil Code, written evidence, witness statements, suspicions, and confessions are none other than five evidences that may be used according to the 1866th Section and the 164th Section of the Civil Code. When a contract conflict occurs, an employee statement letter from the Wedding Organizer (WO) can be used as evidence in court. Wedding Organizer (WO) staff can also strengthen their position in court by presenting other evidence. One form of evidence available to Wedding Organizer (WO) staff is none other than witness production. Because according to the Indonesian Civil Procedure Code, at least two valid pieces of evidence are needed. Keywords: Agreement, Law, Contract.
