Abstract
In research, it aims to determine the influence of work wages (X1) and work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y) at CV Andi Jaya Mojokerto. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population used was all employees of CV Andi Jaya, with the sampling technique used, namely the saturated sampling technique, which was to take a total sample of 45 people. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis to see the effect of working wages (X1) and work environment (X2) both partially and simultaneously on employee performance (Y). Based on the results of the conducted research, it was concluded that partially the wages of work (X1) did not have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees. The work environment (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And together or simultaneously work wages and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees (Y) CV Andi Jaya Mojokerto.
