Abstract
Story Of Kale ( When Someone is Love) is film which takes romance dating relationship theme that slips Violence issues inside it. Story of Kale fim is written by M. Irgan Ramli. This research has purposes to know and understand how dating violence representation from art and mass media communication which uses descriptive qualitative approachment and chooses television code analysis methode Jhon Fiske three level. From this research is found some kind of violences that is described in Story of Kale film which is done by Kale and Argo. That case is shown by Jhon Fiske Semiotic three level analysis. Those are level of reality which describes how violences happen to Dinda in this film, in level of representation this film is seeing supporting element in every scene, and level of ideologic is to know the concept meaning from this film. It's got kind of violences results, from Kale and Argo to Dinda. It's like emotional violences, verbal violences, and physical violences. Keywords: Dating violence, semiotic, Story of Kale
