Abstract
PT Bhumyamca Sekawan is a company engaged in the property rental sector such as office, workshops and warehousing by prioritizing the best and excellent service to tenants or renter. Human Resources (HR) such as employee, laborer or engineer, is one of the most fundamental aspects for a company. No matter how advanced technology today that able to replaces most of the human element, there are still many activities that cannot be replace by its. Human resource Management (HRM) is one of the general fields in management which includes aspects of planning, organizing, implementing and controlling. Some of the employee workloads of PT. Bhumyamca Sekawan of the Cibis Nine Department either overloaded or underload. Although the job description is different but, the same deadline in their job reduces employee’s concentration and quality at work. This study is discussed the workload relation both physically and mentally using the FTE and NASA-TLX calculations
