Abstract
This aim of the study is to analyze the factors of accounting information system on PT.Telkom that are impact of user involvement, capabilty of personal technique to the performance of accounting information system as well as analyze training and education in moderating relation between user involvement and capabilty of personal technique to the performance of accounting information system. The study is used by method of quantitative approach with PT.Telkom Drive V, Surabaya as a population. This study is used sample method of “ saturated sampling “. This study is collected by survey questionnaire. This study is also used analysis technique multiple linier regressions and test residual to examine moderationvariable is used Software Statistical Package for The Science (SPSS23). The result of this study show that there are significant of user involvement and capabilty of personal technique could improve the performance of accounting information system. In this case, training and education are not capable of reinforce relation between user involvement and capabilty of personal technique to the performanceof accountinginformation systemon PT.Telkom Drive V, Surabaya. Keywords:user’sinvolvement;personaltechnicalability;trainingand education;theperformanceofaccountinginformationsystem.
