Abstract

Human development according to UNDP ( United Nations Development Programme) is defined as a process to expand choices for the population. Populations is placed as the ultimate goal, while development efforts are seen as a means to achieve human development goals. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of the unemployment index, health index and education index on the human development index.The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The quantitative approach in this study aims to analyze and interpret the effect of the Unemployment index, health service index and education index on the Human Development Index (IPM) in Bojonegoro Regency by examining data from 2011-2020. The results of this study are the unemployment index has no effect on the human development index in Bojonegoro Regency in 2010-2020, meaning that the hypothesis that the unemployment index affects the human development index in Bojonegoro Regency in 2010-2020 cannot be accepted. The health index has no effect on the human development index in Bojonegoro Regency in 2010-2020, meaning that the hypothesis that the health index affects the human development index in Bojonegoro Regency in 2010-2020 cannot be accepted. The education index affects the human development index in Bojonegoro Regency in 2010-2020, meaning that the hypothesis that the education index affects the human development index in Bojonegoro Regency in 2010-2020 is acceptable.
