Abstract
Companies in running businesses that can interact with each other to get profits. Human resources have an important role in running the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X Surabaya both simultaneously and partially. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this study is employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X Surabaya. The sampling technique is probability sampling with Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling, by taking a sample of 65 respondents. To prove the proposed hypothesis, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, F Test and T Test are used. The results of the study show that Motivation and Organizational Commitment have a significant effect simultaneously on Employee Performance. Variable work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, Organizational Commitment variable has a significant effect on employee performance.
