Abstract
The rapid development of information technology makes a positive impact on technological developments, especially in the field of science. Science does not escape from writing, namely writing in the form of a journal. Currently, there are many educational institutions that use web journals, that's why we developed a web journal using OJS. OJS (Open Journal System) is an open source software used to manage scientific journals online. OJS has been developed by an agency called Public Knowledge since 2001. To develop our web journal, we use OJS version 3 because of the many advantages of OJS version 3 which can support processing and publication activities.
