Abstract

Usability analysis on the website helps provide an evaluation of website development. Currently, many websites provide a variety of information. However, it is not uncommon for these websites to fulfill the initial purpose of making a website, so it often disappoints users who access it. Through usability analysis, it can help improve the use of the system from the perspective of its users. Likewise, on the information system website, usability analysis can provide input for the website manager to develop a more innovative website. Usability means the degree to which a product can fulfill its user goals effectively, efficiently, and satisfactorily in the context of use. In its approach, this research uses Nielsen's usability theory, where there are five requirements for a website to be usable, namely easy to learn, efficient to use, easy to remember, few errors, and pleasant to use. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach, with data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed to active students who use the Information Systems Study Program website. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence users to visit the sisfo.upnjatim.ac.id website. The number of respondents in this study was 87 respondents who were users of the sisfo.upnjatim.ac.id website. The questionnaire data processing used the Likert method with the help of the SPSS version 25 application. The results showed that the SUS score on the East Java UPN "Veteran" Information System website of 60.5 was included in the Marginal Low category and the SUS score on the East Java UPN "Veteran" Information System website was 60.5 which falls into the OK category. The SUS score on the East Java UPN "Veteran" Information System website only entered the D predicate
