Abstract

Testing or software testing is the fifth stage of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which is used to identify errors from functional or non-functional requirements. Software testing is broadly divided into two, namely white box and black box. White box testing can be referred to as glass box testing or structural testing which is done based on the program code. The Conference And Report Of Work or CREW system at PT Alur Pelayaran Barat Surabaya is a forum for all information related to reporting and scheduling company members in every process of their business activities, with this application it is hoped that the system can help business processes become more efficient and effective in their implementation. The results obtained from white box testing produce 51 functions that have the type of procedure and the level of risk with a low category with a simple procedure with a percentage of 88.3%, 6 functions are included in the low category with a well-structured and stable procedure with a percentage of 11.7%. Then obtained 109 test scenarios obtained valid results without errors.
