Abstract
Construction services have an important and strategic role in national growth and development. CV. Asta Dian Perkasa is a company engaged in building construction services and provides architectural design services and its derivatives. So far, the company often finds it difficult to compete and often take projects through a direct appointment process rather than through a tender. In addition, in the period 2020-2021, Indonesia was affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, where this pandemic had a very significant impact on all fields, such as in the field of Economy, Education, Tourism, Infrastructure and so on. So that it greatly affects the company's business, especially in relation to various business aspects of the company. For example, the impact on project mobility is disrupted, the health of workers, company income, and so on. Based on the description above, through this research, a business feasibility analysis study was carried out in CV. Asta Dian Perkasa. Business feasibility analysis is a method used to analyze all aspects of the company's business. The purpose of this feasibility analysis is to determine the feasibility and potential of this company for the next few years. Based on the results of the business feasibility analysis that has been carried out on legal aspects, management aspects, market aspects, technical aspects and company financial aspects, it can be concluded that the construction services business of CV. Asta Dian Perkasa is very profitable and very feasible to run.
