Abstract

Skripsi ini membahas iklim komunikasi organisasi yang terjadi di Dinas Pu Cipta Karya Surabaya yang terlihat dari faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi iklim komunikasi organisasi faktor – faktor tersebut yaitu faktor kepercayaan, pembuatan keputusan bersama, kejujuran, keterbukaan dalam menyampaikan komunikasi kebawah, perhatian pada tujuan – tujuan berkinerja tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan wawancara. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah atasan dan para personel Dinas Pu Cipta Karya Surabaya. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa iklim komunikasi organisasi berjalan tidak kondusif atasan tidak memliki kepercayaan secara penuh terhadap personinya, dan didalam unsur keyakinan masih ada personel yang kurang yakin terhadap cara atasan memimpin personilnya. Kata Kunci : Iklim Komunikasi Organisasi, komunikasi organisasi This thesis discusses the organizational communication climate occurs in the Departement of Pu Cipta Karya Surabaya seen from factors – factors that affect organizational communication climate factors – these factors i.e. a factor of trust, shared decision making, honesty, openness and communication in conveying, attention on the purpose – the high�performance goals. This research used a qualitative approach to research methods. Data capture method used in this research is the observation and interview. Informants in this study are the leader and the personnel Department of Pu Cipta Karya Surabaya. The results of this research show that the climate is not conducive to communication of the organization running the boss does not have the trust in full against the personinya, and in the elements of confidence still there are personnel who are unsure over how the lead style.
