Abstract
Laundry services are currently growing very rapidly and are in great demand from the general public. Laundry oasis at this time certainly has weaknesses in data management, including untidy recording of customer transaction data, difficulty in finding customer transaction data to calculate income and expenses, and requires a long time in preparing reports to predict sales manually. Based on these problems, the author tries to design a laundry service management information system with monthly profit predictions at the laundry oasis shop where the forecasting method used is the Least Square method. The design is done with UML approach and data storage using MySQL database. This laundry system has two main functions. Laundry admin, can manage sales reports with transaction data. Employees who can check order data on the system. The final result of making a laundry management information system with monthly profit predictions at the laundry oasis shop was successfully made by applying the least square method, it can be seen that this system can display profit predictions on each monthly sales report transaction.
