Abstract
FAWWAS AVEROUS MUHAMMAD, 1542010079, Analysis of the Application of the Just In Time Method in Supporting the Steel Structure Fabrication Production Process (Case Study at PT. Energi Indonesia Persada Project Package V Jayapura 2018) The purpose of this research to determine how the application of just in time in the steel structure fabrication production process at PT. Energi Indonesia Persada Project Pakage V Jayapura 2018. The population of this research is,support data from the officers who are in the fabrication workshop of PT. Energy Indonesia Persada. The sample are project heads, project managers, and coordinators were used. Data collection techniques in this study there are two sources of data, quantitative data in the form of documentation and qualitative data in the form of interviews with data documentation criteria and interviews with officers on this project. The analysis technique uses the principles of just in time and Manufacturing cycle effectiveness. The results of this research indicate that the application of just in time in the steel structure fabrication production process of PT. The Energi Indonesia Persada Project Package V Jayapura 2018 is not in accordance with the principles of just-in-time where there are delays in raw materials from suppliers and the monthly MCE number is still fluctuating and shows an ineffective figure.
