Abstract

Safira Catering is a company that was founded in 2015 and is located on Jl. Middle Cotton 4D/2 Surabaya. Katerng Safira itself is engaged in the food sector for various large events, such as weddings, birthdays and so on, the food provided is also available in various types, such as buffets, tumpeng, rice boxes, and various other kinds of cakes. Social restrictions make the trend of buying and selling online increasingly booming and increase sales effectiveness, so in order not to be left behind by this trend, an online shop is created. The method used in the web development itself is the waterfall model, with several stages used such as analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The web is designed using system flow, data flow diagrams, conceptual data models, physical data models and balsamiq mockups. While the web application was designed using the HTML and PHP programming language using MySQL database, and tested using the black box method. The results of this study are in the form of an online web store, and suggestions that can be given for the development of this online sales application are to add features for the stock taking process and furthermore, to facilitate communication between actors, features that support CRM (Customer Relationship Management) can be added. Operational.
