Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work life balance and non-physical work environment on millennial generation employee loyalty. The premiere data used in this research is the distribution of questionnaire data to the target respondents who represent the population. This study uses quantitative analysis to determine the response value of the variables used in the study, using the SmartPLS software.
