Abstract

The internet is becoming a lifestyle because with the internet, everyone from all corners of the world can be connected easily, cheaply, and quickly. Indonesia is a country that is quick to accept changes, because of that a lot of emerging e-commerce. Traveloka's website and application are easy, fast, current and complete hotel reservation and search services. One important feature is Online Consumer Reviews and Ratings of selected hotels. This research method is a quantitative method using primary data. The population of this research is the people in Surabaya who use online media to make hotel reservations. Determination of the sample using the unknown population and purposive sampling technique sampling. The number of samples is 100 people. Data analysis techniques using the path analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the variable directly Online Consumer Review and Rating (X) and Perception of Service Quality (Z) significantly influence the Interest Interest (Y). Indirectly, the variable Consumer Online and Rating (X) through the Perception of Service Quality (Z) significantly influence the Reservation Interest (Y) Keywords: Online Customer Review and Ratings, Perceived Services Quality, and Reservations Interest.
