Abstract

Angga Rizky Mahardhika, NIM 1442010029, Variables That Impacts the Customer Satisfaction at Bebek Sinjay Restaurants Surabaya. Thesis: Department of Business Administration, Social and Political Science Faculty. Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” East Java. In nowadays businesses era, the competition in businesses world is getting tighter. One of the businesses field that now also encounters that sort of strict competition is a culinary business. The increasing of competition and competitors also made every culinary entrepreneur pay more attentions to the costumer’s goods, needs, and wants. Also striving for best in fulfilling what customer’s wants in a way of giving more satisfactory options than what the other competitors had done. Bebek Sinjay was actually a food stalls that provides only one fried duck and rice menu, which is located in Bangkalan, Madura. Time after time, Bebek Sinjay had been known by people around to have such a typical and a very good taste and had been franchised around 5 more stalls in Surabaya. The costumer’s satisfaction is the company’s key of success. In this term, the costumers in consuming food needs to reconsider a bunch of aspects such as prices, facilities, and services provided by the stall. The purpose of this research is to observe whether there’s still any of the variable’s effects such as prices, facility, and service towards the Bebek Sinjay Restaurant’s customer satisfaction. This type of research uses explanatory quantitative method, the researcher collected the data by observation, literature review, and questionnaire. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, all the data was analyzed with percentage, the doubled linier regressive analysis. F and T test. The amount of this research sample is as much as a hundred (100) customers. Based on the doubled regressive analysis on the first hypothetical answer, each of the prices, facilities, and services out of three variables simultaneously have a relation towards the Bebek Sinjay Restaurant satisfaction level in Surabaya Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Price, Facility, Service
