Abstract

Based on the National Railway Master Plan (RIPNAS) of the Directorate General of Railways of the Ministry of Transportation (2011) in 2030 the number of people traveling by train on the island of Java is 858.5 million people/year. Jakarta is one of the cities that is currently also intensively developing rail transportation modes, as it is well known that the railways in Jakarta are developing very rapidly starting from the existence of the Integrated Railroad (LRT) and the Integrated Highway Mode (MRT). According to the Minister of Transportation, Manggarai Station now serves more than 50% of the total KRL Jabodetabek trips, which amount to 995 trips per day with a passenger volume of 30,000 people per day. Manggarai Station will become a central station which will later be integrated with the development of the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) area, therefore a double-double track will be built for the Electric Rail Train (KRL) to meet the capacity of the railway line using the calculation method of the Minister of Transportation Regulation No. PM.60 of 2012 concerning the technical requirements of the railway line and Service Regulation No. 10 of 1986 concerning the planning of rail road construction. The results of data analysis and calculations obtained from planning the double-double track at Manggarai Station - Jatinegara Station. The line uses type R54 rail with a track width of 1067 mm, and is classified as road class I with a speed of 100 km/hour. The track uses a rail connection of 20 mm thick connecting plate with 4 26 mm diameter bolts. Padrol E-clip type rail fasteners mounted on prestressed concrete pads produced by PT. Wijaya Karya Beton, with a distance between the bearings of 60 cm and the quality of the concrete used is K-600. The money order uses the W10 type with a permissible speed of 35km/hour with a 1:10 point angle. The planning route for the railroad at Manggarai Station – Jatinegara Station has 3 horizontal curvature points with a radius of curvature of 550 m and vertical alignment using circular curves. In this line, a ballast layer with a thickness of 78.2 cm is planned. The drainage channel uses reinforced concrete material which has a size of 60x60x120 cm and 30x50x120 cm with steel reinforcement used in the form of D13-150 screw concrete iron. Keywords: Double Track, Vertical and Horizontal alignment, Bearing.
