Abstract

Jl. Dr. Ir. H. Soekarno is a ring road with a length of more than ten kilometers. Consists of nine segments that have different characteristics from one another. This road connects the Kenjeran area, Surabaya with Tambak Sumur, Sidoarjo, East Java. This road crosses the eastern part of the Surabaya City area and the northeastern part of the Sidoarjo Regency area. Located in the Greater Surabaya area which is included in the red zone category for the transmission of the Covid-19 virus so that the activity of vehicles passing through this road in 2021 tends to decrease compared to 2019. This research was carried out using a quantitative method, namely direct observation of data on the number of vehicle volumes. and the noise level in the direction of Sidoarjo-Surabaya and Surabaya-Sidoarjo. Then compare it with the results of research conducted in 2019. Based on the analysis that has been done, it was obtained that in October 2021 the results of Q max occurred in segment VI at 07.45 – 08.45. Q value 3758.9 pcu/hour. A total of 6015 Drives/Hour consists of 4538(MC), 1434(LV), 43(HV). and at 16.15 – 17.15. Q value 3581.6 pcu/hour. A total of 5829 Drives/Hour consisting of 4505(MC), 1307(LV) and 17(HV). Leq max occurs in segment II at 07.00 - 08.00 with Leq 71.46 dBA and at 17.00 - 18.00 with Leq 68.22 dBA. While the results of the study in June 2019 Q max occurred in segment V at 08.00 – 09.00. Q value 2756.5smp/hour. A total of 6647 vehicles/hour consists of 5560(MC), 1082(LV), 5(HV) and at 16.45 – 17.45 the Q value is 2846.5 smp/hour. A total of 6015 Drives/Hour consists of 5620(MC), 1154(LV), 5(HV). Leq max occurs in segment VI at 07.00 – 08.00 with Leq 86.73 dBA and at 16.00 – 17.00 with Leq 88.08 dBA. The analytical data obtained show that there is a decrease between the number of vehicle volumes and noise levels in 2019 and 2021.
