Abstract
The production and population of dairy cattle and livestock yields in the Dana Mulya agribusiness cooperative has increased from year to year, but this does not necessarily indicate the effectiveness of partnerships with dairy farmers. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of cattle farmers who are members of the Dana Mulya Cooperative, analyze the partnership pattern that occurs between farmers and the Dana Mulya agribusiness cooperative and analyze the effectiveness of the partnership pattern. This study emphasizes the importance of the relationship between group and individual interests in the relationship between group and individual interests in an organization. This research was conducted in the area of the Dana Mulya Pacet agribusiness cooperative, Mojokerto, the number of respondents taken was 60 farmers using the quota sampling method. The research method used is descriptive analysis with miles analysis technique and Huberman technique with linkert approach and is presented with a quantitative distribution table for the third study. The results showed that 1). The characteristics of dairy farmers with low education are 36-50 years old, 1-2 productive cows and 11-15 years of breeding season. 2). The partnership pattern adopted is the KOA partnership pattern for Agribusiness Operational Cooperation. 3). The level of partnership between farmers and cooperatives is very effective.
