Abstract

Permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan cara pemupukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya interaksi antara dosis pupuk guano dan konsentrasi pupuk daun gandasil terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman terong putih (Solanum melongena L.). Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Jatijejer, Kecamatan Trawas, Kabupaten Mojokerto, Jawa Timur dari bulan Desember 2021 hingga Maret 2022 menggunakan polybag. Penelitian ini merupakan percobaan faktorial yang disusun menggunakan Rancangan Petak Terbagi (RPT) yang terdiri dari dua faktor dan diulang tiga kali. Faktor pertama yaitu dosis pupuk guano (D) sebagai anak petak yang terdiri dari 3 taraf perlakuan yaitu 20 gr/tanaman (D1), 40 gr/tanaman (D2), 60 gr/tanaman (D3) dan faktor kedua yaitu konsentrasi pupuk daun gandasil (K) sebagai petak utama terdiri dari 3 taraf perlakuan yaitu 1 gr/liter (K1), 2 gr/liter (K2), 3 gr/liter (K3). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan kombinasi 60 gr/tanaman pupuk guano dan 3 gr/liter pupuk daun gandasil mampu meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, luas daun, berat buah per buah, dan berat buah total panen per tanaman. Kata kunci: Pupuk daun gandasil, Pupuk guano, Terong putih ABSTRACT White eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) has a delicious and crunchy taste, but its cultivation is still low and the availability of nutrients is lacking. This problem can be overcome by fertilization. This study aims to determine the interaction between the dose of guano fertilizer and the concentration of gandasil leaf fertilizer on the growth and yield of white eggplant (Solanum melongena L.). The research was conducted in Jatijejer Village, Trawas District, Mojokerto Regency, East Java from December 2021 to March 2022 using polybags. This study is a factorial experiment which was arranged using a Divided Plot Design (RPT) which consisted of two factors and was repeated three times. The first factor was the dose of guano fertilizer (D) as sub-plots which consisted of 3 treatment levels, namely 20 gr/plant (D1), 40 gr/plant (D2), 60 gr/plant (D3) and the second factor was the concentration of gandasil leaf fertilizer. (K) as the main plot consisted of 3 treatment levels, namely 1 gr/liter (K1), 2 gr/liter (K2), 3 gr/liter (K3). The results showed that the combination treatment of 60 gr/plant of guano fertilizer and 3 gr/liter of gandasil leaf fertilizer was able to increase plant height, leaf area, fruit weight per fruit, and total fruit weight harvested per plant.
