Abstract

Peanuts are an agribusiness commodity with high economic value and a source of protein. This study aims to determine the concentration of ZPT Paclobutrazol which gives maximum results in peanut plants. This research was carried out on the land of the Faculty of Agriculture, “Veteran” National Development University, East Java, starting from February to June 2020. This study used a randomized block design (RAK) with one factor, namely the concentration of ZPT Paclobutrazol Goldstar 250 SC with 9 levels of treatment repeated 4 time. The results showed the effect of Paclobutrazol ZPT concentration on wet pod weight, dry pod weight, number of pods, number of filled pods, number of seeds per plant, weight of seeds per plant, and weight of 100 seeds. The concentration that can produce maximum peanut production is at a concentration of 125 ppm of ZPT Paclobutrazol.
