Abstract

PT. Nur Jaya Energi is a company engaged in the service and distribution of fuel oil in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. The goal is to help smooth the distribution of fuel throughout the region, and is committed to providing the best service to customers. The gas product produced is Dexlite, Solar B30 (HSD), which is used in the distribution of fuel oil. The method used in this research is the method of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA). From several cases of work accidents in the oil transfer process that occurred at PT. Nur Jaya Energi, during 2020 - 2021 the number of work accidents reached around 59 cases. The number of work accidents that occurred last year increased by one percent compared to the previous year's cases. Of this figure, about 50 percent occur in the work environment such as pipe leaks, pinching of the tank cover, slipping during filling and the rest outside the work environment such as fire. The year 2020 has the highest number of accidents, but the level of potential accidents in other oil storages will continue to increase. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research as an evaluation material and to protect the interests of workers and the company itself, thereby increasing the number of workers' effectiveness and efficiency. To prevent work accidents, it is necessary to control.
