Abstract
The MERR II C intersection of Gunung Anyar-Rungkut Madya is one of the intersections that connects Surabaya and Sidoarjo. The MERR II C intersection has a fairly long cycle time causing many traffic violations. There is a road narrowing near Dr. Ir. H. Soekarno Street on the South side which caused a traffic congestion. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of signalized intersections to determine the level of performance and service at the intersection. The calculation method used is the 2014 Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (PKJI). From the calculation, the results are as such; Ir. H. Soekarno North side DJ=0.46, approach of Dr. Ir. H. Soekarno North side right turn DJ=0.62, approach Dr. Ir. H. Soekarno South side DJ = 0.72, East side Rungkut Madya approach DJ = 0.58 , with level of services (LOS) category C. At noon peak hour Dr. Ir. H. Soekarno North side DJ=0.37, approach Dr. Ir. H. Soekarno North side turn right DJ=0.62, approach Dr. Ir. H. Soekarno South side DJ=0.64, Rungkut Madya approach East side DJ=0.37, with the category of level of services (LOS) C. At afternoon peak hour Dr. Ir. H. Soekarno North side DJ=0.43, Dr. approach. Ir. H. Soekarno North side turn right DJ=0.70, approach Dr. Ir. H. Soekarno South side DJ=0.73, Rungkut Madya approach East side DJ=0.44, with category level of services (LOS) C.
