Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of pricing, quality product and service quality together on purchasing decisions at Larissa Aesthetic Center Surabaya: (2) the effect of pricing on purchasing decisions at Larissa Aesthetic Center Surabaya. (3) the effect of quality product on purchasing decisions Larissa Aesthetic Center Surabaya. (4) the effect of service quality on purchasing decisions Larissa Aesthetic Center Surabaya. This research method uses in this study was purposive sampling with a sample of 100 respondents who had bought and used products and services at Larissa Aesthetic Center Surabaya. The data analysis technique used is multiple linier regression analysis to find out how much the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable together and find out how much the effect of the independent variables have on individual dependent variables. Based on the results of this study that f value is where the value of f value (28,950) > f table (2,70) so it can be concluded that the variable pricing, quality product and service quality affect the purchasing decisions. The results of t value (3,489) > t table (1,984) then partially the pricing has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of t value (4,616) > t table (1,984) partially the quality product has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. t value (1,227) < t table (1,984) partically the service quality doest not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
