Abstract

This research is related to how the effect of training, development, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. BPR Bank Jombang. The purpose of this study is to find out training, development, and work discipline, on employee performance at PT. BPR Bank Jombang. The technique in sampling uses Non-Probability Sampling, the sample is saturated. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis and using a questionnaire in processing data using the help of an SPSS application program. Respondents in this study were 51 employees of Bank Jombang. The results of this study are simultaneously training, development, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Bank Jomban. There is a positive and significant effect on training on employee performance partially, there is a positive and significant effect of development on employee performance partially, and there is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance partially.
