Abstract

THE INFLUENCE OF GLASS CEILING AND SELF-EFFICACY ON WOMAN'S CAREER DEVELOPMENT IN PT. ANGKASA PURA I JUANDA (PERSERO) INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT JUANDA SURABAYA Joel Fitman Saragih 17012010155 ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the Influence of the glass ceiling and self-efficacy on women's career development. This research is conducted on female employees of PT. Angkasa Pura I Juanda (Persero). Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using proporsonal random sampling technique based on the work department and the number of samples taken as many as 50 respondents. Analysis technique using the application of partial least squares (PLS), the results of this study indicate that: 1). There is a significant positive effect of glass ceiling on women's career development. 2) It is found that there is a significant positive effect of self-efficacy on women's career development. The implication of this research is that companies can pay more attention to the welfare of female employees so that women feel supported and show a positive attitude towards career development.
