Abstract

The application of information technology is often used by organizations including government agencies. One application of E-Government is a site for example the SIPKD government website. BPPKAD Kab. Sampang is one of the agencies that has just implemented SIPKD (Regional Financial Management Information System) but has not yet conducted an evaluation. Several studies have been conducted to determine the quality of service, the level according to the performance and expectations of system users, and make recommendations to improve service quality. This research is quantitative descriptive. The number of samples used in this study was 129 people. The method used is E-GovQual. The data analysis process uses SPSS for Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of the analysis show that there are 24 service quality attributes that are spread into 5 (five) quality dimensions, namely user ease, trust, trust, content and appearance, support. The results of the IPA quadrant analysis get 3 attributes with top priority and 3 attributes with low priority for service improvement. The average of the results of the calculation of the match level of the respondents is 90.17%, meaning that the performance of each attribute has been able to meet the expectations of the user. Recommendations are given based on literature or theory for attributes that need to be done in order to improve the service quality of the system.
