Abstract

A crisis can have an impact on disruptions in banking financial intermediation activities, therefore the banking industry is required to always monitor their bank health in order to prevent a crisis from occuring. The aim from study is to analyze bank health rating from conventional banks, using RGEC as the analytical method during 2018 – 2020. The variables and measurements the writer using here are consist of Risk Profile that using NPL and LDR ratios as the measurement, GCG analyzed based on bank self-assessment, Earnings that using ROA and BOPO ratios as the measurement, and Capital that using CAR ratio as the measurement. The analytical technique used in this study is a descriptive quantitative analysis conducted in conventional banks and using Risk-based Bank Rating (RBBR) approach analyzed using RGEC method. Based on the results of the study, in 2018 6 companies were identified as very healthy, 1 company company was identified as healthy, 1 company company was identified as quite healthy, and 1 company was identified as unhealthy. In 2019, 6 companies were identified as very healthy, 1 company company was identified as healthy, and 2 companies were identified as unhealthy. In 2020, 3 companies were identified as very healthy, 1 company company was identified as healthy, 2 companies were identified as quite healthy, and 2 companies were identified as unhealthy.
